What are typical delivery times for mailer boxes?
Our standard delivery is 5 workdays for a sample prototype box and 20 to 25 days to produce boxes following the proof approval. Rush services are available, please check with customer service.
Does the site allow a user to design a mailer box?
Yes, our site incorporates a user-friendly design tool to help you create a custom box design.
What kind of papers are available for my shipper box?
We currently only offer white E- Flute corrugated paper stock, our offerings will increase over time. The
interior of each box will be brown kraft.
Can I print custom ink colors on my box?
At the present time you can only print using 4 color process (C,M,Y,K) with no spot PMS colors.
Can I print the inside and outside of a box?
We do not offer inside printing at this time, however for larger quantity custom runs we may be able to
accommodate inside printing, please talk with customer service for a quotation.
How do I measure the dimensions of my box?
- The length is measured from the left to the right side of the box.
- The width is measured from the front to the back of the box.
- The depth is measured from the top to the bottom of the box.
